Qualifications

AA degree and/or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Construction and/or facilities maintenance experience
preferred.
Reads, analyzes, and interprets common trade and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Responds to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies, or other
members of the business community. Writes business correspondence that conforms to prescribed style and format. Presents information effectively to staff associates, top management, vendors,
and/or board of directors. Communicates effectively and pleasantly with guests, vendors and other associates at all times.
Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Computes rate, ratio, percent, and draws and interprets bar graphs. Performs mathematical skills using units of American money and weight measurement, volume.
Solves problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions. Interprets an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deals with several abstract and concrete variables.
This position requires proficiency using hand and power tools; familiarity with carpentry, plumbing and electrical diagnostic experience; work independently with minimal supervision; must be able to climb ladder; and knowledge of OSHA/WISHA regulations. Must be flexible, and able to manage and determine priority of work on a self-directed basis.

Physical Demands & Safety Expectations
Most positions within Yoke’s require physical effort to varying degrees. As such, associates are expected to be mindful of practicing Yoke’s safety standards at all times. This may include using personal protective equipment when and where required, understanding ergonomic safety, chemical hazards, safe lifting techniques, lockout/tag out procedures, and emergency protocol. All associates are required to report accidents within 24 hours.
No associate may pose a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others by willfully engaging in unsafe behaviors.
