QOL Restaurant Group Inc is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Spokane, WA
Description
We are looking for a creative and upbeat person that has extensive knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems. You will be responsible for maintaining all the equipment within each of our restaurants. This will include all refrigeration, HVAC, hoods, cooking equipment, prep, bar, furniture, etc. General repair and maintenance of the buildings and furniture will be required as time permits. Regular preventative maintenance of all of the equipment on a pre-determined schedule will be required. Repairing any equipment if it breaks or goes down will be part of your regular job. There will be occasional night and weekend calls for emergencies. You are required to abide by and maintain all local health standards and policies.
Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quarterly preventative maintenance on all HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment
- Quarterly Ice Machine Maintenance and Cleaning
- MAU/Hood Fan belt changes, filter changes and seasonal startup/shutdowns
- Small electrical work
- Simple plumbing work
- Miscellaneous maintenance around the restaurants
- Coach our teams on ways for them to maintain the equipment as well.
- Communicate clearly with our Corporate and Location management teams.
