Job Duties :

• Deliver excellent service to members, guests, and program participants
• Build relationships and connect members with each other and the YMCA
• Ensure facility security and enforce visitor policies
• Conduct program registration and sell memberships
• Handle financial transactions accurately and resolve payment issues
• Assist in training new front desk staff and promote teamwork
• Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications :

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior customer service or sales experience required
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
