Yardi is currently seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to manage multiple general ledgers in various currencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance in our financial operations. This role involves creating and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts including General Ledger, petty cash, and prepaid expenses, and handling foreign currency translations and consolidations. The ideal candidate will also prepare tax returns, assist with international accounts payable, and support the Finance team with audits and compliance tasks. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our financial integrity across both domestic and international markets, making you a key player in our continued financial success.

What You’ll Do:

• Reconcile General Ledger accounts, prepaid expenses, petty cash, allowance for doubtful accts.
• Process foreign currency translations and consolidations.
• Prepare sales tax returns, VAT tax returns.
• Assist the Finance team with accounting, compliance and audits.
• Process international accounts payable, bank reconciliations.
• GL postings for expenses and Payroll, ETL’s, deferred revenue.
• Credit Card Reconciliations.
• International accounts receivable posting.
• International and domestic billable reports.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and 10-key.
• One plus (1 ) years of accounting experience.
• Experience with foreign currency consolidations.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
