Our vision is to provide all students in Washington, DC with opportunities for personal enrichment and growth with a focus on developing the whole student – socially, emotionally, and academically..

```Duties```

- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to established policies and procedures

- Develop and implement educational programs and activities for students, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional growth

- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a positive learning environment and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Monitor student progress and provide support and guidance as needed

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance

- Plan and organize events, workshops, and meetings for students, parents, and staff

- Manage resources and materials to support effective teaching and learning

- Previous experience in education administration or a related field is preferred

- Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable

- Knowledge of best practices in education and the ability to apply them effectively

- Familiarity with higher education teaching methods and strategies

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions

We are seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator who is passionate about education and has the skills necessary to support the academic success of our students. As a Site Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the daily operations of our site, implementing educational programs, and fostering a positive learning environment.
