Apply to Job Link: https://bit.ly/3QLpArP The Program Support Manager (PSM) responsible for overall contract performance, managing the Supervisors and ensuring the quality of staffing, all contract deliverables and shall serve as a liaison with DOS staff having the full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s Degree (business degree) from an accredited University and ten (10) years of progressive management experience. • PMP certification required. • Progressive management experience shall be in managing contracts with a team of at least one hundred (100) FTE. • Expert knowledge with supporting experience in all personnel management matters (i.e., hiring, performance reviews, performance improvement plans and discharging without incident). 
 
QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to understand the mission and staffing requirements of multiple offices. • Ability to interface with the PPS office director to address contractual issues that cannot be resolved by the Supervisors on-site. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
 
DUTIES/TASKS: • Responsible for ensuring contract staff acknowledge and adhere to all standards for conduct, internal controls, the Privacy Act, and the protection and safeguarding of all Personally Identifiable Information (PII). • Ensure all contractual operations meet or exceed contractual requirements. • Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities towards more efficient capabilities and performance. • Resolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract. • Respond rapidly to additional operational support requests and provide the appropriate levels of qualified staff and support ongoing studies and evaluations. • Participate in conference calls and digital video conferences with DOS and other U.S. Government agencies.
