The Challenge

At Xevant, Productis the bridge between the market and what we build. We are also the glue that helps align our business around how we win in the market and what we’ll do to get there. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will report to the Head of Product Management. You will lead the effort to build the foundational components and shared services required for the Xevant SaaS platform. This role requires close collaboration with the engineering teams that develop the platform components and products in addition to developing and maintaining great relationships with stakeholders. This is a technical role requiring a background in technology and the ability to talk fluently with engineers about technical concepts. Communication to internal and external stakeholders is a key responsibility, as well as setting requirements for new features and systems.

Your Background, Perspective, and Experience

• 4 years of technical product management experience, preferably with a SaaS product.
• 2 years working with engineering teams responsible for SaaS infrastructure and/or shared services.
• Strong technical background, including experience with APIs, microservices and SaaS platforms. 
• Knowledge of platform development and interoperability across related capabilities.
• Experience and ability to work productively with engineers and build trust and buy-in.
• Ability to ask the right questions and drive the right conversations with engineers to ensure we are building the right things with the right technology.
• Strong product discovery experience and the experience to see concepts through design, execution, and release.
• Strong execution experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to manage multiple team backlogs simultaneously.
• Ability to easily move from tactical to strategic thinking with the skill of defining the strategic technical roadmap for the company.
