OVERVIEW
The Xenex Account Executive (AE) is responsible for building market awareness, driving new business, and retaining existing business. This is achieved by demonstrating command of our technology, program, peer-reviewed published studies, environmental services, and infection prevention. The AE drives client program excellence in order to ensure positive outcomes and that other stated client goals are met. As an Account Executive for Xenex you are responsible for the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build market awareness regarding Xenex LightStrike robots and our infection prevention program by participating in community-based activities, warm introductions and cold-calling
Identify prospects by effectively differentiating our technology, peer reviewed published studies, and infection prevention program
Cultivate newly established relationships into qualified opportunities and ultimately close the opportunities
Leverage existing client base and relationships to help drive success within territory
Introduce new product offerings to existing customers and prospects
Implement new robots and programs with newly acquired clients and manage client through post-implementation validation period to ensure long-term client success
Provide accurate and concise communication to clients verbally or in written form
Partner with clients to implement Xenex best practices
Further develop existing relationships and expand programs by helping client realize measurable success
Provide outstanding client service including educating clients on ways to improve their outcomes and be relied upon as a consultative resource to your clients
Develop and provide a monthly reporting package and conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate program impact on HAIs
Assist Environmental Services and Infection Prevention in improving workflow to minimize impact of Xenex program on throughput
Continually focus on quota assigned as an individual key performance measure

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
3 years of business-to-business healthcare sales experience
Valid driver's license, as well as an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Demonstrated ability to overcome objections
Ability to target accounts and achieve results through an action plan
Experience with sales within a healthcare setting
Knowledge of environmental services, hospital workflow and/or infection prevention
Existing healthcare relationships within territory
Demonstrated relationship management and consultative selling aptitude
Analytical ability
