Their commitment to excellence positions them as a pivotal partner to the pioneers of medical device and life sciences innovation. Job Summary: The Sr. Financial Analyst / Finance Manager will serve as a financial expert, significantly contributing to the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts. This role involves the preparation and analysis of corporate financial presentations, supporting divisional activities as directed, and engaging in a broad range of financial operations to enhance financial activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly financial packages tailored to their requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Conduct thorough analysis of consolidated company financial data to prepare Board reporting packages.Lead or direct the implementation of changes, corrections, or new programs related to the financial operation of the organization.Support coordination processes related to business plans and forecasts, budgetary comparisons, profit analyses, operations reviews, capital appropriation requests, and other financial documents, as directed by the Director of FP&A.Fulfill other duties as assigned to support the finance department's objectives. Qualifications/Education/Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field is required.Proven experience in forecasting and analysis techniques, with a strong ability to produce insightful analyses that aid in controlling actual results versus budgets, forecasts, etc.Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP.Demonstrated ability to ensure accurate and timely results while working independently.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, alongside strong skills in other Office products and systems. Language Ability: Must be proficient in reading and writing in English, with strong written and personal communication skills. Certificates and Licenses: Not Applicable Supervisory Responsibilities: Potential for increasing supervisory responsibilities as the department expands. This role is a pivotal position within the Finance Department, offering a unique opportunity to significantly impact the organization's financial health and strategic direction.
