Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, cooking, and menu planning to ensure high-quality meals are served.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in meal preparation under the guidance of the Head Chef
- Support kitchen operations including food production and presentation
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and recipe development
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment or culinary setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to assist in various aspects of meal preparation and cooking
- Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with the kitchen staff
