The right candidate will directly work with our CFO and CPA on all company financial goals ensuring our continued explosive growth.Responsibilities:- Perform general bookkeeping duties- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records- Recording financial transactions in accounting software- Conducting bank reconciliations- Analyzing and reconciling accounts- Preparing financial reports- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes- Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with tax regulations- Assist with tax preparation and filing- Provide support during audits and assist with financial statement preparation- Provide basic facilities management for our HQ and remote offices- A/R and AP ManagementQualifications:- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices- Proficiency in using Quickbooks Desktop- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Minimum 3 years of college or equivalent work experience in Accounting- Presents ideas and initiatives both formally and informal- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, resourceful and proactive team membeBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401k w/MatchPaid time offFlexibile work schdule#J-18808-Ljbffr
