Wurth Revcar Fasteners, Inc., (www.wurthrevcar.com) a global components distribution company is looking for a highly motivated, career-minded individual for Inside Sales Account Manager position for our Garner, NC branch. The Inside Sales Account Manager's responsibilities include sales, expediting, quoting, sourcing, purchasing and account management functions. A successful history that demonstrates commitment and dependability is required. Fastener experience, while not required, is highly desirable. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inside Sales partners with Outside Sales to ensure account retention through seamless customer support, resource orchestration, and order fulfillment troubleshooting.
  • Enables sales productivity and available selling time to increase orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively drives account management while executing tasks to support the sales process and move an opportunity forward.
  • Demonstrates breadth and depth of product knowledge to position and map Wurth Revcar Fasteners' offerings to align with the customer's business objectives and initiatives.
  • Data entry, quote support, record management, researching activities, logistics (communication with warehouse), shipment scheduling, etc. via defined processes.
  • Inside Sales Account Manager demonstrates customer-oriented responsiveness in answering inquiries and troubleshooting process issues that jeopardize order fulfillment.
  • Maintains and builds customer relationships to become a trusted consultative advisor.
  • Provides a full representation of the Wurth Revcar Fasteners product offerings.
  • Interfaces with key stakeholders and customers to provide pre and post-sales support to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree required (BS/BA)
  • 2-3 years of fastener sales experience preferred
  • Work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills'
