Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide personalized advice, and present suitable insurance options.

Sales and New Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand the client base, generate new leads, and increase sales.

Policy Reviews: Regularly review existing policies with clients to ensure coverage aligns with their changing needs.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes.

Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to better serve clients.

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license in North Carolina.

Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving targets and building client relationships.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build trust.

Knowledge of Insurance Products: Strong knowledge of various insurance products, including property and casualty insurance, and the ability to explain coverage options to clients.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to accurately analyze client information and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and confidentiality when dealing with clients and their personal information.
