We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Orangeburg, SC!

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $65,000-$70,000 annually plus commissions paid WEEKLY on office performance!

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, qualifying, and cultivating sales leads into new business opportunities within the staffing industry
• Providing exceptional customer service to a diverse client and candidate portfolio
• Executing the organization’s sales processes to ensure that we are cultivating a diverse book of business in the market
• Partner with the branches and recruiting partners on leads, pricing, and proposals on a daily and weekly basis
• Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers to meet customer requirements.
• Develop a sales penetration plan
• Develop relationships with all customer-buying influencers
• Develop a complete understanding of customer’s business, goals, and objectives
• Help to drive the continued and strategic growth of branch in the market
• Other duties as needed

Skills:

• Proven experience selling in the Staffing Industry
• Significant exposure/familiarity or time working within the Light Industrial, Warehousing, Skilled Trade, and/or Administrative/Professional verticals preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
