Job Description:
WSRP specializes in conducting business valuations for various purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, ownership succession, wealth transfers, gift and estate taxes, charitable contributions, and litigation support. The Business Valuation Manager is integral to this process, engaging with clients to define the assignment’s purpose and scope, and employing diverse business valuation approaches. This role requires a deep understanding of the interplay between business valuation, financial reporting, and tax implications. The manager is responsible for identifying potential valuation issues, communicating risks to clients, and actively participating in marketing, networking, and business development within this specialized field.
