Wright Implement was established in 1936 on a farm in Harned, KY and has expanded to 15 locations throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana. We strive to provide the best choice of products and the highest level of service. Wright Implement is currently looking for a graphic designer.

Purpose:

Plays a crucial role in creating visual content that communicates ideas, promotes products, and establishes brand aesthetics and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a range of projects and media, including print, digital, and web, using various software programs to visualize and craft meaningful graphic designs that power key business goals.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns and initiatives to meet deadlines and schedule projects based on workload, which will include multiple simultaneous projects.
• Translate our marketing strategy and advertising requirements into high-quality designs within an established brand identity.
• Obtain input from the Marketing Team, VPs, and Regional Managers to ensure that the design meets our brand standards, expresses ideas accurately, and represents the company appropriately.
• Video creation, video editing, and assisting with photography as needed.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the marketing team on time.
• Promotes Wright Implement professionally and honestly.
• Maintains a positive attitude and follows policies and processes.

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Graphic Design degree/experience in graphic design preferred. Applicant may also be enrolled as a Junior or Senior undergraduate in a graduate program in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or similar.
• Excellent graphic design skills supported by a portfolio of examples.
• Ability to manage projects and adhere to schedules and timelines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop/Lightroom. Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
