As a Junior Graphic Designer at Physicians Rehab Solution, you will play a key role in maintaining the visual consistency and quality for our physician partners, focusing primarily on template implementation and file preparation for various mediums including print, digital, and branded collateral. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in structured, detail-oriented tasks and are looking to grow into a leadership role within the design team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize and adapt existing templates to create new marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Prepare and proof files for print and digital distribution, ensuring all materials meet our standards.
• Develop and organize a library of design templates for efficient use in future projects.
• Collaborate with the senior design team to manage workloads and meet project deadlines effectively.
• Gradually take on more responsibilities, including the delegation of tasks and proofing of work from other designers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign & Illustrator. Candidates should be comfortable with, and familiar with MacOS. This includes understanding MacOS-specific software functionalities and navigation.
• Proven ability to follow detailed brand guidelines and design standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in preparing files for print and digital use is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a role that required meticulous attention to detail (e.g. publication, bookkeeping, administrative roles, yearbook committee).

Practical Design Task
As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to update a templated design with provided brand guidelines using Adobe Indesign. This exercise is designed to assess your practical design skills, attention to detail, and ability to adhere to established brand standards. This will help us understand how you approach design tasks and follow specific instructions. If you do not have access to a device with Adobe Creative Suite, we will provide one for you to complete this task.
