TurnPoint Services is Hiring a Remote Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is a key steward of our brands identities, playing a crucial role in elevating brand design across our enterprise. Equal parts visualizer and executer, they are responsible for creating scalable omnichannel assets that can be adapted across our portfolio of brands, as well as developing unique, brand-specific assets that resonate with our audience and drive customer engagement. This role requires a proactive approach in making design recommendations and utilizing market research to drive strategic design decisions.

Key Success Factors:

  • Develop scalable and adaptable design solutions for a diverse brand portfolio.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards, acting as a guardian of brand identity.
  • Efficiently manage and update TurnPoint Brandfolder, maintaining an organized digital asset library.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams, managing multiple projects and respecting delivery deadlines.
  • Embrace a culture of iterative improvement, harnessing creative feedback, and integrating market intelligence to inform design evolution.
  • Maintain a proactive stance towards technological proficiency, continually updating skills with emerging design tools and methodologies.

Job Functions, Essential Duties, and Responsibilities will be focused on 4 key areas:

  • Detail-Oriented Design & Strategic Insight: Crafting precise visual content with a deep understanding of our brands and their audiences, developing design strategies that effectively appeal to and engage our target consumers.
  • Brand Standards Management: Upholding brand guidelines to ensure the integrity and consistency of brand identity across all design outputs.
  • Digital Asset Management: Organizing and updating digital design assets.
  • Multi-Project Management: Balancing various design projects, prioritizing as needed to meet deadlines. Ensuring all design projects are completed within established timelines, while maintaining design standards.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Proven graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing attention to detail in both print and digital media.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other relevant design software.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks. Capacity to thrive in dynamic environments, consistently meeting deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, complemented by the skill to meticulously proofread and self-edit work.
  • Adept at team collaboration
  • Willingness to stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry advancements, and the ability to incorporate them creatively into designs.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics is a significant plus, offering the potential to create dynamic and engaging digital assets.
  • BA in graphic design, advertising, visual arts, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience with Art/Graphic Design
