QSR Automations is looking for a Graphic Designer! Job Summary: QSR Automations has an immediate opening for an exceptional, results-oriented individual for the role of Graphic Designer.Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, the Graphic Designer will work in close collaboration with other members of the marketing department, helping to build and grow the QSR brand. The Graphic Designer will play an important role be conceptualizing and designing materials across a wide range of marketing and communications projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious, creative and possesses a strong understanding of design principles and digital tools and software.What you will be doing: Concept, develop and create marketing materials such as brochures, sales sheets, ads (print and digital), illustrations, iconography, tradeshow/environmental graphics, direct mail, and presentations.Create digital images and designs for website, landing pages, e-mail campaigns, blog, and social media posts.Participate in project and weekly meetings.Ensures work aligns with design principles and brand standards.Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects.Maintain and organize graphics library and design files.Collaborate with the marketing team on project scopes, timelines and direction.Own projects from concept to completion, while collaborating with marketing department team members. What skills & experience you’ll bring to us: Required: 5 years’ experience working within an agency or in-house creative departmentStrong design principles, typography and design concepts reflected in a current portfolioProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (notably InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)Strong organizational skills and an attentive eye to detailCreative problem solver and critical thinkerAbility to work both in team/collaborative setting as well as independentlyAbility to clearly communicate and present design conceptsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesKnowledge to create files correctly for optimal printing and outputWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelDesire to continuously grow skillsDiplomatic and supportive team member Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field Illustration skills Photography / video and editing experience Motion design experienceMarketing Cloud experienceCanva experience What the role is: Full-time, salaried position Regular M-F business hours Based out of our Louisville, Kentucky headquarters, hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in office)Minimal travel required annually for Company On-sites and meetings What we offer: Competitive salary based on qualifications Performance based incentives Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision and more! 401(k) with company match Company-paid short-term disability and group life insurance Casual work environment Dog friendly environment Great company culture We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
