Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will drive the artistic vision and creative strategy across Synchrony Health Services. The primary role is to guide the creative process in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in design, from concept to final deliverable. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to create the right style and layout for every project.

Qualifications

You would be a great fit for our team if you have the following:

• Collaborate and strategize with multiple teams and customers on a wide range of materials that may include presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal and external communications, newsletters, and marketing materials• Oversees design projects, creates illustrations and infographics, and ensures high-quality deliverables• Creates and designs sales, marketing, and operational resources to support the Synchrony Health Services brand along with each individual business line• Creates designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts for print and/or electronic media• Oversees project workflow from initial design through production within timelines• Develops templates for a variety of materials including sales team and marketing email campaigns, and social media posts• Collaborates with other Marketing Team members• Supports other departments with graphic design for presentations, templates, etc• Ensures brand standards for all Synchrony entities are implemented correctly• Collaborates cross-functionally to tell the story of the brand of Synchrony Health Services and each individual business line. Maintain and organize graphics library and design files.• Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Outlook)• Ability to design a wide variety of styles• Eye for design details, such as typography, alignment, hierarchy, etc• Must be able to provide portfolio showing design experience
