Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a moving brokerage call center. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for customer service and an interest in the moving industry. Whether you are experienced and seeking a new challenge, or eager to enter the field with strong training support, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking moving services.
• Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and assist with scheduling and coordination of moving services.
• Utilize Granot CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with a team to meet service goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. Experience in the moving brokerage industry is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use the Granot CRM system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
