Job Description: As an On-Site ACA Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in navigating clients through the complexities of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans. Your responsibility will be to provide exemplary customer service by explaining benefits, assisting with plan changes, and guiding clients to make informed decisions about their health insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Navigate ACA plans efficiently and effectively.
• Assist clients in understanding their benefits and making plan changes.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the ACA space.
• Provide reliable and customer-focused service at all times.

Requirements:

• A health Insurance license and an FFM Cert are essential.
• Proficiency in the ACA space with a solid understanding of various plans and benefits.
• Licensed in at least 10 states, holding a Health Insurance 215 or 240 license.
• Exceptional work ethic and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
• Ability to commute to and from our office. No remote candidates will be considered.
