Wornstar Clothing® launched in 2009 and has been growing in leaps and bounds in recent years and are always on the lookout for new talent to join our team at our store in Goodyear, AZ. We have many opportunities for talented individuals that are looking to work with one of the fastest growing authentic rock n roll clothing brands.
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
CSR candidate needs to be genuinely excited to help customers. Must be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative and love to talk to customers. Must be able to put themselves in customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Must be able to gather customer feedback and reviews. Must be an ace at problem-solving. Must be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, a good CSR is sometimes seen as having a role in sales. Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service. Providing advice on purchasing products or services. Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service. Taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met. Getting to know specific customer’s individual tastes and buying patterns to help make more sales.
Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner. Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs. Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries. Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner. Check voicemail inboxes and return calls in a timely manner. Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service. Follow-up with callers on complaint and/or question resolution status. Collaborate with immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction. Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times. Ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times.
Zendesk and social media management experience a plus.
