Wornstar Clothing® launched in 2009 and has been growing in leaps and bounds in recent years and are always on the lookout for new talent to join our team at our store in Goodyear, AZ. We are looking for experienced retail staff associates and leads, full and part-time, who love working in retail in our store in Goodyear, AZ to join us to ensure an awesome rock n roll shopping experience for our customers.

The Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and welcoming vibe
• Be super comfortable helping customers select and pair items
• Love working with people and giving each customer that 5 star google review service
• Keep our store looking cool by maintaining stock levels and displays
• Processing purchases using our POS system
• Be positive and supportive of your team

The Qualifications

• Must be a people person and love helping people
• Must have a strong knowledge of rock music
• Must show a thorough understanding of Wornstar’s history and products
• Must demonstrate excellent product knowledge
• Must be able to stand for extended periods time, including the entire work-shift.
• Must be available to work 8 AM to 6 PM Monday-Saturday along with additional hours as needed during peak seasons.
• Ability to lift, push and pull boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to reach above your head, kneel, bend, and twist.
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality and able to stand for prolonged periods
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized store
• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance
• Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience
• Strong math skills
• Daily use of Shopify
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs
• High school degree

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
