WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst - eCommerce who will be responsible for using knowledge of direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce business processes and best practices, in order to inform decision-making processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and supporting decision-making processes within the eCommerce organization Business Planning.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data.
- Forecast sales trends.
- Develop budgets.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Trade-in recovery forecasting (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
- Monthly reconciliation of plan vs. actuals for TI contra.
- Care revenue accounting.
- Other contra revenue forecasting.
Required Experience and Education:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong knowledge of forecast modeling and basic p&l management.
- Prior experience in a consumer electronics manufacturer and/or retailer preferred but not required.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
- Ability to navigate the organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in B2C activities.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
- Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite as well as Tableau is preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
