Who We're Looking For

Toyota Motors North America Accounting & Finance department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to Provide Executive Management with an integrated volume plan supporting North America Region profit. Activities include analysis of segment and industry trends and identifying risks and opportunities impacting profit objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

* Preparing monthly analyses of production volume trends (including key KPI's) and budget/forecast variances impacting financial results in support of management reviews and strategic business decisions

* Partner with North America Operations teams (e.g. Demand and Supply Management, Toyota Logistic Services, and TMA-Japan) to gather and analyze relevant operational production volume assumptions at each Profit Planning cycle

* Active participant in the implementation new financial planning and analytics tools, to improve the effectiveness of the planning and budgeting process.

* Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects.

Qualification Section

What You Bring

  • Minimum of7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting and/or related discipline
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, Accounting
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting and/or related discipline
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
  • Excellent analytic, presentation, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline and detail driven environment
  • Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and effectively apply data manipulation tools to analyze large datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare effective presentations to business customers and influence behaviors to achieve performance improvements

  • Experience with BPC and Planning software
  • Experience with analytical tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
  • MBA / CMA / CPA
