Overview
Summary:
This position plays a key role for the Company, supporting organization’s day-to-day costing/pricing processes, as well operational analytics for the FP&A team. This position will assist Pricing Manager with researching market trends, pricing new customers, and developing post-mortem analysis on actuals versus proformas. This individual will also support the FP&A Department with operational KPIs, variance analysis, business intelligence (BI) reporting, and special projects.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain relevant KPIs (Reliant regional wage rates, Treatment Days, Productivity, etc.)
- Source Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) census (patient) details from industry tools for pricing
- Support modeling new customer proforma P&L
- Key Salesforce stakeholder, loading pricing and tracking approval through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
- Support post-mortem analysis on new business actuals vs. proforma to track and measure bid accuracy on volume, mix, rates, and profitability
- Track and monitor Reliant weekly/monthly KPIs – highlighting trends and performing variance analysis
- Audit Revenue and Cost of Sale trends for leakage and actionable labor initiatives
- Develop Business Intelligence reports and dashboards
- Attends all mandatory meetings, trainings, and assignments as delegated.
- Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times
- Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education/Experience/Computer Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Solid understanding of relational databases, and experience with BI software
