WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading the research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Communications & Product Launch:
- Developan overall lineup messaging hierarchy (strategy and copy) for assigned productcategory(s) in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Responsiblefor communications guides, specification sheets and other materials to beshared internally and externally.
- Prepare,execute, and track product launch materials.
- Workwith legal, Brand and key stakeholders on approvals, as appropriate.
- Workwith the team to develop insight-based and thorough creative briefs for agencypartners to initiate projects.
- Manageinternal stakeholders and agency timelines along with the deliverablesschedules; communicate and align expectations cross-functionally.
- Effectiveleadership and project management on projects.
- Integratecreative insights and feedback that lead to effective campaigns.
- RetailIn-store Shopper Experiences:
- Responsiblefor the experience of the brand/ category(s) in retail stores.
- Co-Developsthe in-store shopper experience plan in conjunction with Sr. Manager andexecutes it.
- DevelopPOP and graphics materials for retail displays and overseeproduction/distribution.
- RetailOnline Shopper Experiences:
- Responsiblefor the experience of the brand/ category(s) assigned on retailer websites.
- LocalizeHQ content and or creates new assets for Product Pages as needed.
- Developand or localize online branded experience content for cross retailer use.
- Developonline ads and other assets to improve brand discoverability within retailerwebsites.
- Developpromotional toolkits in conjunction with cross-functional teams. Providescommunication materials and assets for retailers to execute programs. Developand track KPIs.
- Responsiblefor assigned budget, managing the procurement process and ensuring that allvendor payments are secured.
- Secureinsights, develop strategies and execute ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Attainmentof goals and KPIs aligned with management.
- Resultsfrom field sales surveys on the effectiveness of materials.
- Timelyexecution of projects.
- Numberof rounds of revisions with agencies as determined by project.
Required Experience and Education:
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, brief writing andworking with agencies to develop insight-informed creative.
- 3 years in digitalmarketing, advertising, or related field. Retail marketing experience a plus,but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training is preferred.

- Ability to workindependently and actively in a team environment in order to achieve businessobjectives and personal and team goals and complete assignments withinestablished time frames and specifications.
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail. Mustpossess the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone andthrough email.
- ExcellentPowerPoint and Excel skills are critical in this role.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
