Reporting to the Snr Manager of Finance this role will assist with the analysis, monitoring and reporting for the Legal department. They will require strong data analysis skills with good financial knowledge. Any legal knowledge would be an advantage.

• Data Analysis - sources, compiles, and interprets data.

• Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies and effectively communicates output.

• Reporting - produces reports based on analysis, trends, and processes.

• Assists with other internal reporting projects.

• Provides support in developing and tracking budgets and forecasts.

• Assists in identifying potential improvements to current procedures, plans and controls to achieve financial objectives.

• Tracking and reporting of operational and financial KPI's

• May prepare documentation, presentations, or other materials for business purposes.

• Assist in managing a project to improve systems such as matter intake and tracking.

Job Requirements

The position requires the following technical skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

• At least 3 year's experience in finance or analytic roles.

• Strong data analytics and Excel skills.

Other knowledge or expertise required:

• The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Passionate about identifying efficiencies and streamlining processes.

• Demonstrates a strong attention to detail.
