Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and complaints.
-Provide support to sign shop via entry of orders into Quickbooks and processing of related paperwork. Maintain production log to track orders in progress; manage production flow prioritizing orders when needed and insuring daily workload is manageable.
- Review MUTCD specifications for orders and quotes.
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, payments, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes
- Perform data entry tasks to input customer information accurately
- Attend trade shows in an effort to increase brand recognition and sales activity
- Outside of trade shows, responsibilities include only in-house shop activity
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1 years management experience a plus
· Strong leadership with excellent communication and coaching skills
· Excellent motivation and organizational skills
· Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office products and/or in-house and customer relationship management systems
·Work Environment;
· Must have the ability to develop, foster and manage relationships
· Must adhere to and promote safe workplace practices
· Must maintain a current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record void of suspension or revocation
