Role: HSE Manager (Local to Midland/ Odessa, TX)

Position Description:

• General Duties of the field HSE Consultant include program/policy development and implementation and performing workplace safety audits and inspections.
• OSHA Assistance to include inspection consulting and representation.
• Support and effectively engage with business partners to promote our culture of Operational Excellence.
• Performs tasks in a wide range of environmental, health and safety disciplines to achieve compliance with the organization's EH&S standards and with federal and state regulatory requirements.
• Assists in monitoring and preventing chemical, physical and biological hazards and diseases that could be present in the work area.
• Ensures HSE excellence through training, involvement in behavior-based programs, auditing of management and safety systems, rig inspections, gathering and trending leading and trailing indicators, and participation in the incident investigation & reporting processes.
• Development of company/site/project specific safety plans.
• Development of Job Safety Analysis and Hazard Assessments.
• Creation and review of Safety Committees within an organization.
• Support high risk activities.
• Identify and actively support high risk activities for Wells Operations.
• Work plan is identified, and individuals know their role.
• Work permits are in place with proper authorization.

Requirements

• Experienced level in oil and gas HSE, typically 3 years
• Requires a strong understanding of Oil and Gas Completions.
• Able to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems and develop recommendations.
• Makes decisions within broad parameters.
• Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience.

Position Details:

Location: Must reside in Midland, TX

Schedule: 5/2 (1 week per month of travel)

Pay: 75K-95K (Based on experience level)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
