Our established workers' compensation medical practice in Fresno, California, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our strategic expansion plans. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor research to identify new location opportunities and develop data-driven expansion strategies.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and industry partners, to establish strategic partnerships and referral networks.
  • Develop and manage the expansion budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a compelling ROI, while aligning with the overall financial objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment to achieve strategic goals.
  • Employ excellent communication and negotiation skills to clearly articulate the value proposition of the practice and secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
