WORK Inc. Project Manager for the Barnes Federal Building Boston, MA
WORK Inc. is seeking an individual that has a strong facility maintenance and mechanical background. The successful candidate will have demonstrated customer, employee and hands-on project management skills to manage a staff of four that includes administrative and maintenance services. The Barnes Building is a 572,500 square foot facility that sits on 9 acres of land in the Seaport District. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of building mechanical systems to include HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing serices. Candidates will have at least 3 years of practical facility management in a contract of similar size, scope and complexity. This is a highly visible public orientated position. Requirements include strong organizational and customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication, computer literacy and an ability to work comfortably and effectively with a wide variety of individuals including those with disabilities.
This is a salaried position and pays $84,000.00 per year and includes a robust benefit package including a well-known health plan, life and disability insurance, paid vacations, and holidays. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with the exception to respond to emergency and/or contract related issues on nights, holidays and weekends. Applicants are subject to State and Federal background checks. Candidates must have a valid MA driver license with a good safety driving record.
