Because of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager preferably in our Charlotte Office, will consider remote candidates.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing plan for the market(s) they are assigned. This position will be responsible for developing and executing go to market strategies for new products in the geospatial sector.

Strategic Marketing: Create and execute strategic marketing plans for assigned markets. Manage conferences, sponsorships, customer events, association involvement, public relations, internal communications, awards, collateral materials, webinars, advertising campaigns, videos, client interviews and meetings, e-mail campaigns, social media, and demonstrations. Assist in developing and implementing strategy for marketing/client development activities to support market strategies. Work closely with subject matter experts across the market to support client capture strategies. Build relationships with conference and association members. Conduct or support market research to determine future market trends. Develop and execute go to market strategies for new products.

Marketing Communications: Manage brand to company standards. Develop and manage all communications tactics for all physical and digital forms of media.

Support: Help manage budgets for individual markets. Attend national and regional conferences, tracking trade ROI. Work collaboratively with other marketing managers and the Proposals, Creative, Government Affairs, and Sales teams to assist with firm-wide initiatives and processes.

Qualifications

The following are primary accountabilities of the role:

· Build and manage visual roadmap for all products on a project management platform to provide both high-level and granular views of the roadmap and go to market activities.

· Assess current and emerging products to identify and correct go to market gaps.

· Conduct 4P/3C analyses to evaluate marketability of future Woolpert-built products and quick-start solutions.

· Work closely with Partner Product and Development teams to stay in lockstep on roadmap and go to market updates.

· Partner with Business Planning stakeholders to provide insights for go to market strategies and impact.

· Craft clear product messaging and positioning to articulate customer value and differentiate Woolpert and the product.

· Ensure all teams have the necessary materials to promote products, including but not limited to sales playbooks, collateral, presentation material, webpages, technical guides, etc.

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns around key product launches.

· Establish appropriate performance metrics and track these metrics for stakeholder visibility.

· Manage and track lead generation using Microsoft CE.

Required Qualifications:

· Must have a BA/BS and four (4) years of related professional work experience.

· Experience with DaaS, SaaS, and high-tech data-based solutions.

· Must possess expert Microsoft Office suite skills.

· Must have excellent time management skills.

· Must have excellent communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

Travel:

· Must be willing to travel up to 25%.

Resulting Physical Qualifications:

· Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to operate and manipulate standard office equipment.

· Must be able to occasionally reach, bend, climb and/or balance.

· Must be able to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

· Must be able to travel as required.
