Job Title: Human Resource Generalist (Full time 30-40hrs/week)

Location: Littleton, NH

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area. Currently, we are looking for a Human Resource Generalist. This is a Monday through Friday position located in our Cottage St branch in Littleton, NH. The Human Resource Generalist performs daily functions of the Human Resources department including processing payroll, administering employee benefits, maintaining employee records, monitoring applicant tracking system and providing support to employees. This position is also responsible for providing administrative support for the Human Resources department including record keeping, file maintenance, preparing and generating reports and HRIS entry.

Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities:

• Process payroll bi-weekly and semi-monthly
• Perform tasks related to recruitment, new hire orientation, exit paperwork, etc.
• Process changes to personal information, benefit elections, payroll etc.
• Assist with employee requests and answer questions
• Run monthly reports
• Complete projects as assigned by HR Officer

Human Resource Generalist Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills, including attention to deadlines
