Business eBanking Representative

Operations Department - Woodsville, NH

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area.

Currently, we are looking for a Business eBanking Representative in our Operations Department. This is a full time, Monday-Friday position.

Primarily provides support, collaborates and assists as needed with all Business eBanking services. Serves as the primary back-up for the Business eBanking Coordinator.

Duties include but not limited to :

• Reviews Remote Capture Deposits on a daily basis
• Assists with the approval and release of ACH and Wires
• Assists with processing notification of changes, returns and reversals
• Complete monthly reconciliations
• Provides customer support

Requirements :

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use and learn computer-based system
• Attention to detail
• Ability to travel regularly and have reliable transportation.
