The Law Function is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in legal technology, contracting workflows, and transaction management, with specific focus on E-signature. We are seeking an ambitious and innovative individual who is mission-driven and process-minded. The role will work side-by-side with our Transactions Product Manager to optimize our processes and practices and streamline the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of our client’s legal teams. In addition, this new role will partner closely with the Law Digital Platform and represent the Law Function’s digital and process requirements for Transactions.

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: 9/80 hybrid

Contract Duration: This is a 12 month project with the potential to go longer
