Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in San Diego, CA. The Financial Analyst will support the JV Operations Team in a variety of areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support JV Accounting System, which includes data entry and reporting
• Purchase Order creation/tracking
• Support of Invoicing for the JV
• Administer and track various license requirements
• Maintain Central Repository site
• Organization of entity records
• Various administrative activities

Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required - Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
• 2 years Finance or Accounting department experience preferred but not required
• Good organizational skills, detail-oriented individual is a must
• Ability to adapt and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills - intermediate level as well as proficiency in other Office products
• Work well independently, demonstrating initiative and follow-up
• Willingness to work overtime as responsibilities and deadlines dictate
• Must pass drug test and background check
