Talentry is looking for a strong Financial Analyst withexcellent cost accounting, reporting, and financial statement analysis to work forour client who recently acquired a local organization, adding to their growthand opportunity in the materials engineering and manufacturing space.
This Financial Analyst will provide capabilities rangingfrom supporting M&A integrations, optimizing processes, and drivingimprovements in accounting, finance, and Human Resources within ourorganization.
The right person for this role will provide weekly, monthly,and quarterly reporting to the executive team. He or she will also developfinancial forecasts, provide critical training, work on special projects, ensurecompliance, and address a variety of business needs.
Requirements
Requirements
BS in Accounting or Finance and 3 years of experience.
CPA preferred.
Proven experience with GAAP accounting principles.
Demonstrated experience with FP&A
System evaluation/implementation experience.
Experience in an manufacturing/engineering company preferred(defense/aerospace a plus).
Demonstrated MRP/ERP experience (NetSuite, etc.)
Proven advanced Excel experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Onsite in So. San Diego, CA
