I. Job SummaryOur team is looking for an experienced financial analysis to join us. This role involves reviewing waste shipments, billing data, recognizing billing anomalies, and suggestion improvements to the billing process to ensure that invoicing is accurate and punctual. 

II. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

• Administer client and vendor financial obligations including invoicing, reporting and contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers. 
• Generates and distributes billing reports and invoices. 
• Provides excellent customer service to customers and our vendors. 
• Maintain accurate and complete billing records, shipment data, and documentation.
• Recommend process improvements to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. 
• Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed. 

III. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThe highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees. This includes:

IV. QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. 
• Experience: Two (2) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
• Preferred experience with high volume accounts

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements 

• Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/or alcohol testing may be required by certain customer-contract requirements. Such testing may include urinalysis, oral swab, drug hair follicle testing and/or alcohol testing.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Customer service and vendor management.
• Creative problem solving and innovative thinker.
• Effective and concise communication.
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze billing data and issues.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong business acumen and financial knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
