The Accounting Manager shall be responsible for assisting the U.S. Corporate Controller with the management of overall financial operations of the Indianapolis Packaging plant. This position will work closely with plant operations and management personnel and play an important role in monitoring the cost performance of jobs to assess data accuracy, production efficiency and profitability. The Financial Analyst will ensure a timely and accurate month-end close by performing key duties and ensuring accuracy of accounting transactions performed by the accounting assistant at that location.
This position will prepare month-end financial reporting and analysis of the Financial Statements and will work with the US Controller to review, analyze and present the results to upper management. The Financial Analyst will aid the Controller in formulating the operating budget, assessing actual-to-budget variances, responding to inquiries of senior management, completing special projects, and maintaining internal control while consistently following US GAAP and IFRS guidelines.
