Job Title: Financial/Accounting Analyst
Pay Rate: $20 to $24/HR
Duration: 12 months
Location: Indianapolis, IN

- Customer invoice creation and associated follow-up; work with other team members to ensure on-time payment; create miscellaneous customer credits as necessary
- Supplier invoice review and approval; supplier research and problem resolution
- Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations, associated reports, and entries to resolve issues
- Monthly Journal entries for various accruals and revenue/cost corrections
- Monthly account reviews, reports, and analysis to assist other team members
- Support team members in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis (e.g. Order Entry, Revenue, Gross Margin)
- Review Non-conformance costs and prepare associated reports
- Ad-hoc Commercial and Financial support to wider stakeholders (external audit, OnePM, Dashboard preparation, etc.)
- Ensure all records are maintained to an auditable standard
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time.
Qualifications for the role:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- SAP experience a plus
- MS Excel skills - Advanced
- MS PowerPoint skills - Basic
- Ability to interpret and apply accounting and other relevant guidelines
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Results and quality-driven
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
