Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual HR Supervisor with proficiency in Japanese. This critical position requires experience in visa handling, leadership, and payroll processing. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our company's HR department, supporting employees across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visa Management: Oversee and manage visa processes for international employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Payroll Administration: Lead payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while handling related queries.
• Team Leadership: Supervise the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for optimal performance.
• Communication: Answer employee emails and chats promptly, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Workforce Support: Provide HR support to shift workers and employees across various locations in the US.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Japanese, essential for communication and documentation.
• Office Hybrid Schedule: Work 2 days a week in the Plano, TX office, with flexibility during peak seasons and payroll days for late work.
• Training: Participate in an initial training period of 4-5 days per week in the Plano, TX office.
• High Accountability: Demonstrate integrity and accountability in all aspects of HR operations.
• Schedule: Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with possible extended hours during peak seasons and payroll processing days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
