Windsor Door has a 76-year history in the garage door industry and is currently growing opportunities in their Distribution Centers. We are looking for energetic people who enjoy a family environment This position is responsible for the sale of doors and operators in a specified Distribution Center region. We are willing to train individuals in Garage Doors who have strong sales, P&L, forecasting, team building, and management background. Experience with garage doors or building material dealers or home centers experience preferred.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assists resellers with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Must also have an understanding of pricing, budgeting and P & L as it relates to customers.
• Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
• Acts as a resource to resellers in contract opportunities and proposals.
• Attends trade shows.
• Must possess a strong mechanical/technical aptitude and be good with numbers. An understanding of the construction industry with the ability to understand plans and specifications.
• Manages their teams, team development, processes and training.

Education/experience

• Bachelor Degree required
• At least three years of field sales experience
• Three (3) plus years of sales experience with garage doors, construction or similar industry is preferred but not required

Travel

• This position requires overnight travel 10% -20%
