This position requires extensive knowledge of recent real estate trends, top-notch customer service and sale skills and the ability to work independently. A successful candidate will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with our leasing team, residents and clients.

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties in . As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing tenant relations, maintaining property appearance, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits. Responsibilities: - Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to property standards - Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors - Advertise and market available properties to attract potential tenants - Screen prospective tenants through background checks and credit evaluations - Negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms - Collect rent payments and manage financial records - Handle evictions in accordance with legal procedures - Stay updated on local laws and regulations pertaining to property management Qualifications: - Proven experience in property management or related field - Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills - Excellent negotiation and conflict management abilities - Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) - Knowledge of property management principles and practices - Familiarity with property laws and regulations - Legal administrative experience is a plus - Strong organizational and time management skills We offer competitive compensation, including salary commensurate with experience.
