About the Role:

As the Property Management Team Leader , you'll spearhead the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and tenant satisfaction. With a strong background in property management and excellent leadership skills, you'll be responsible for maintaining occupancy rates, managing a team, and ensuring the overall success of our properties.

What You'll Receive:

• Competitive annual salary between $45,000 and $60,000.
• Bonus potential of $7,000 to $60,000 based on POD performance, paid monthly.

• 401(k) with a 3.5% company match.
• Paid vacation, sick days, and a $50 monthly phone stipend.

Performance Expectations & Training:

• Maintain an Occupancy Rate of POD at 96% or better.
• Maintain a Delinquency Rate of POD at 98% or better.
• Receive at least 4 Five Star Google Reviews each month.
• Complete Annual Property Inspections and Move-out Inspections.
• Manage a team of 3 people effectively.

Role Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to critically think and solve problems independently.
• High level of knowledge of property performance.
• Ability to read a P&L Statement and understand property performance.

Role Specifications:

• Experience managing a POD of 175-450 units.
• Supervision of a team of 3 people including a Maintenance Coordinator, Field Tech, and Tenant Relations Manager.
