Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive experience for Members/Owners, professional relationships, and others by providing exceptional service and detailed attention.
  • Calendar Management (multiple) in MS Outlook
  • HOA and Country Club operations support
  • Design reviews administrative support
  • Property records and Owner contacts support
  • Property management and maintenance support
  • Assist with site reviews and reports
  • Property compliance guidelines, notices, and updates
  • Community amenities conditions assessments and records
  • Quoting, job costing, and project reports
  • Provide receptionist/front desk support at the Welcome Center on rotating weekends (approximately twice a month)
  • Work effectively with the Executive Team and all WindRiver departments.
  • Provide administrative support, writing, editing, proofing, and updating as assigned for WindRiver documents, financial expectations, and performance calculations.
  • Support and contribute to WindRiver Community standards.
  • Provide other duties, including assignments and responsibilities for other WindRiver affiliated businesses

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 2 years of relevant office experience
  • Must have flexibility to work weekend hours

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure
  • Demonstrated positive interpersonal and communication skills with staff and customers
  • Strong organizational skills and general clerical skills including the use of computers, printers, copiers, electronic signatures, email, iPads, etc.
  • Give and receive verbal and written instructions clearly
  • Ability to retrieve information from various technical sources
  • Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations

Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 30lbs.
