```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team here at Window Authority Inc. and Barwind of NH. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for running company issued leads as well as generating referral business. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in Window, Siding and Roofing or related field
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends in exterior remodeling
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
