Summary:

We are currently seeking an individual with sales and customer service experience to work in our Londonderry, NH office full-time in a sales support role. This is an internal position assisting sales with office functions, order acknowledgement, and responding to customers’ requests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer's orders from purchase order receipt to delivery and invoicing, which includes data entry into Bode's ERP system
• Maintains a high level of internal customer service by assisting the sales team and submitting professional quotes as needed.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and service excellence in terms of order treatment and follow-up
• Responsible for the internal coordination and follow-up of customer requests and issues
• Maintains contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop other sales opportunities.
• Successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals established by the department manager.
• Projecting a “Can-Do” attitude and consistently providing exceptional customer service.
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Interpreting customer requirements and negotiating pricing, service and delivery.
• Remaining current with product knowledge
• Answering Incoming phone call and directing to the proper department
• Other duties/projects as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent phone presence with exceptional customer service skills
• Pleasant and professional communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to work independently as well as with a team
• Very organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with multi-tasking
• An overall sense of urgency to get the job done
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with NetSuite ERP System preferred
