Wilson & Company is seeking a mid- to senior-level (6 to 15 years of experience) Site Civil Engineer to augment a civil/drainage practice in our Phoenix, AZ office. This professional will be responsible for studies and designs related to site development and other general civil engineering projects. This position will perform both lead and supporting roles on projects and business development efforts. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Serve as lead designer/engineer on tasks or projects, and responsible for the financial performance of these.
• Work collaboratively with and mentor junior staff in a positive and professional manner.
• Effectively fosters relationships with team members and clients, as well as industry stakeholders and regulators.
